Neil Fearis (Chairman) Neil Fearis has 29 years' experience as a commercial lawyer in the UK and Australia. For 13 years Mr Fearis was a partner in one of Australia's largest national law firms. In 1999, he formed a niche firm specialising in the provision of corporate and commercial legal advice to listed public companies. Mr Fearis practises principally in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, public flotations, and other forms of capital raising. Mr Fearis is a member of several professional bodies associated with commerce and the law, including the Law Council of Australia, the International Bar Association, the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Mr Fearis was formerly WA Chairman of the Australian-British Chamber of Commerce. He is currently Chairman of Kresta Holdings Limited, and a non-executive director of Carnarvon Petroleum Limited and Perseus Mining Limited.

Bradley William James Marwood (Managing Director) Bradley Marwood graduated in mining engineering 25 years ago. His time in the industry has been spent equally in development and operations, including more than 15 years' experience in Africa from Zimbabwe to Mali. As Projects Manager for Normandy Mining Limited in Africa, Mr Marwood progressed operations in Ivory Coast, Mali, Eritrea, Sudan and Ghana, the most prominent being the Akim Yamfo-Sefwi Project. Mr Marwood has a strong background in project development, implementation and operations.

Rhett Boudewyn Brans (Non-Executive Director) Rhett Brans qualified as a civil engineer in 1974 and completed an advanced management program at the University of Melbourne in 1991. He has managed the development of numerous gold and base metal projects, including projects in Africa and more particularly the Democratic Republic of Congo. Mr Brans has more than 30 years' international experience in the design and construction of mineral treatment facilities, including copper SXEW processing facilities.

Deon Garbers (Non-Exective Director) Deon Garbers is a Metallurgical Engineer with an MBA who has worked for the past 20 years in the mining industry in Africa. He has occupied various high-level positions, including general manager and managing director of mining companies and served on many boards in executive and non-executive roles.

Jesus Fernandez (Non-Executive Director) Jesus Fernandez has been part of Tiger's major shareholder, Trafigura, since 2004 and is currently Head of M&A Mining and CFO of Trafigura's mining division. Mr Fernandez has 10 years of experience in the corporate finance market and leads acquisitions and financings where Trafigura has an interest. Mr Fernandez has been a director of Iberian Minerals Corp. since 2008, a director of Cadillac Ventures Inc since 2009 and a director of Anvil Mining Ltd since 2010. Prior to joining Trafigura, Mr Fernandez was employed with International Power Plc in London working in its project finance team.

David Constable (Non-Executive Director) Mr Constable has extensive experience as an exploration geologist, investor relations professional and company director, having founded and managed a private geological and financial consultancy for eight years. He was Normandy Mining's vice president of investor relations for five years and held a similar role at FNX Mining Company (now QuadraFNX Mining) for eight years. Mr Constable has served as a non-executive director on boards of Toronto Stock Exchange-listed companies, most recently Moly Mines (also ASX-listed) and Aquiline Resources. He founded and listed two companies and has been involved in financings, acquisitions and divestments in the resources sector. Mr Constable holds an Honours BSc. degree in Geology and Mathematics from Mount Allison University, New Brunswick, and an MBA from Laurentian University, Ontario. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Corporate Directors.
