The Information above that relates to Kipoi Central Mineral Resources is based on a resource estimate compiled by Dr Bielin Shi who is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (“AusIMM”). Dr Shi of CSA Global Pty Ltd has sufficient experience which is relevant to the style of mineralisation and type of deposit under consideration and to resource estimation to qualify as Competent Persons as defined in the 2004 Edition of the “Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves” (the “JORC Code”) and to qualify as a “Qualified Person” under National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”). Dr Shi consents to the inclusion in this report of the matters based on his information in the form and context in which it appears.
